Bio

Christie Taylor is a multimedia reporter and contributor for New Scientist in New York. She edits and co-hosts the podcast New Scientist Weekly, as well as CultureLab. Her journalism centres on ecology and biology and her work has also appeared in Wisconsin People and Ideas. Before joining New Scientist, Christie spent seven years producing and hosting interviews for the popular radio show Science Friday, where her focuses included the human impacts of climate change and the intersection of science and the arts. She holds degrees in sociology and journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
